New website!

I finally got around to finishing my website—or more accurately, revamping it. Why? Because I wanted a site that could be entirely in Czech. Until now, I had been using Squarespace, which is fantastic, but unfortunately, it doesn’t support Czech for certain key pages, like the shopping cart or checkout.
So, I switched to Wix. This web-builder system works great for me—it offers excellent customization options while being fast, simple, and delivering a responsive final website in no time. In the past, I tried setting up and using WordPress on traditional web hosting, but I’m not skilled enough with WordPress to create a website that’s both fast and has everything I need. Most of my attempts ended up with e-commerce plugins slowing the site down so much that it felt unusable. I wouldn’t wait for such slow-loading pages as a visitor. Plus, everything was overly complicated and time-consuming to set up.
Squarespace would have been my choice if it weren’t for some limitations, mainly the inability to translate certain pages or easily create a bilingual site, which is something I want.
Anyway, my website is now fully functional! It features a working e-shop with photo prints as well as my workshops and online tutorials.
Thanks for visiting! 😊
